Transfer between stores - Outbound¶

The feature is used for moving items between two different stores in an easy and controlled process. During this process a “transfer order” will be created. The transfer order is created automatically when adding items for transfer. When receiving items in the store, the transfer order will be closed, if everything is received. When moving items from one store you need to be logged into that specific store.
- Select the store that you wish to send items to. It is only possible to select stores that are connected to the same business unit in Harmoney
- Scan or register manually, with a virtual keyboard, the item you wish to move
- Enter the quantity you wish to move. Use the “+” and “-” symbols. It is only possible to choose maximum what is available balance in the store
- Repeat step 2 and 3 for transfer of more items
- Press “Check symbol” in the header when you are finished. When you do this a transfer order is created automatically in Harmoney. You will be notified with the ordernumber that is created. The order contains all items and quantities that you have registered. Stock balances in the actual store are now reduced with the given quantities
