1. “Transfer between stores - Outbound” –> Block after 100 lines. It is not possible to add more lines in one order.

3. “Store picking” –> Possibility to start unit picking before the parcel picking is finished. Possibility to close store, trolley by trolley and also printing documents after closing of each trolley.

[Version 30] - 2021-06-15

1. Returns registration (Scanning) –> Possibility to use two different modes of handling. One for “fast returns (standard) and one for returns that require more contol and/or finish.

2. Goods receipt –> Extended logging and control question to the user in those situations where the app probably has lost its scanning position. Today some users experience problems that leads to crash of the Harmoney app in the goods receipt function. We have not been able to create these kind of errors locally. Anyhow we have most likely been able to catch those situations and the app will now ask a control question when it happens. For example: “Is this a parcel id?” (Yes/No). In this way we can avoid uncontrolled crashes and need for restarts.

[Version 29] - 2021-03-23

1. The detail views for “Transfer units” and “Transfer parcels” are now showing the last picking date and running number (batch id) for each stock position.
2. “Goods receipt in stores” has a check that the recipient store (logged in user) is the same as the destination of the parcel. To avoid that a parcel is delivered into the wrong store.
3. BUG-fix (ECS-37): Smaller fix to avoid that the app craches when in some cases the scanned stock position overwrites the parcel id.

[Version 28] - 2021-01-19

We have made a development of the feature “Transfer parcels” in the handheld (PDA).

You have now the possibility to switch between three different modes within the function “Transfer parcel”:

1. “P” (in a ring) –> Transfer the whole pallet, without a control question.
2. “U” (in a ring) –> Transfer only the parcel which is scanned without question, even if the parcel is connected to a pallet flag.
3. “Grey overcrossed ring” –> Works as it is today. If you have scanned a parcel which is connected to a pallet flag, you will have a question if you wish to transfer the whole pallet or just the parcel.

The functionality is an add on function. Please contact Evolution Commerce if you are interested.

1) Store picking – Changes in unit picking – When different persons are working with the same store order your own processed picking missions will be close to the picking you are processing right now. Other persons pickings will be seen further back in the list.

2. Transfer units – Until now you have experienced problems with stock locations containing more than 25 SKU’s. This problem is solved now since you are allowed to scan or manually register SKU id to be able to find and transfer items which are after the 25 first.
3. Adjustment of manually registered SKU id in store inventory – For one company we have released a functionality to manually register the SKU id in a more natural way, without need for register all digits in colour code and size code.

4) Transfer between two stores – We have developed a function for moving items between two different stores in an easy and controlled way. There is a “Transfer order” created in the “picking step” automatically which will be received and closed in the next step – receipt in the other store. The functionality does not support transfer between stores connected to different business units in Harmoney. This function is an “add on” to the base functionality in Harmoney Mobile WMS. 1. Warehouse stock taking –> Functionality for handling of larger stock takings missions without performance issues

   There is a new function in the handheld for deactivating synchronization (“Offline mode”) in the warehouse stock taking function. The function should be used when performing larger stock taking missions, which slows down the stock taking function.

   In “Offline mode” the stock taking missions are handled immediately in Harmoney anyway. It is only the refresh of the total stock taking list that is not live. This means that stock takings in the list performed by other users are not seen, if no manual refresh is made.

   Manual refresh is made in the right top of the display with the “refresh button”. If synchronization is deactivated an exclamation mark is visible in the “refresh button”:

   You activate and deactivate the synchronization by pressing the button with three dots on the right top of the display:

   Last used mode for synchronization is saved in the PDA and will be kept, even after the app has been closed.

2. Warehouse stock taking –>Possibility to perform stock taking for stock positions containing more than one SKU.

   It is now possible to perform stock taking for stock positions containing more than one SKU. This has not worked before in the handheld.

3. Handheld-Transfer units –> print labels (Add-on)

   It is now possible to print a label, containing SKU and stock position information, when moving an item from one picking stock position to another picking stock position. The printing function is switched on and off in the “Transfer units display”, by pressing the button with “three dots” at the top right. When the function is switched on the handheld search for a bluetooth connected printer to print out a label.

   Last used mode for printing is saved and will be kept even if the app is closed.

[Version 22] - 2019-11-17

1. General – If the password for the user is about to expire you will get a warning in the PDA. You will still have to make the switch to a new password in the Harmoney client.
2. General – Language Norwegian is supported.
3. Search by article – Information for the relevant stock positions and balances for the searched item is shown, without having to expand fields. More information, such as date for last change and status is also shown. If you have made a search for an SKU and you wish to do a new search for the same item but with another colour/size, you can click on the searched SKU-id and this will be copied down to the search field automatically. Then you are able to change colour/size and do a new search.
4. Transfer units –> Information about the searched item stock positions and balances are shown.
5. Transfer parcel –> Information about the searched item stock positions and balances are shown.
6. Store receipt –> New function for receiving goods in the stores  Special function developed for conditions at Gudrun Sjöden
7. Build parcel –> This functionality is used in those cases when you wish to move balances back from picking location to buffer (replenishment) location. The function also contains support for print of parcel label via a bluetooth connected Zebra printer.

[Version 21] - 2019-05-28

1. Goods receipt –> Transfer –> The mode “one piece” will stay until the app is closed or you manually change the mode.
2. Goods receipt –> Transfer –> When you have the mode “one piece” turned on the app will skip the step where you will see the quantity and also have the possibility to change the quantity. Instead the app will jump directly for scanning of stock position.
3. Order - Store replenishment –> It is possible to pick several units from one stock position, one SKU and different orders (extra orders).
4. Returns –> Transfer –> It is possible to switch on to “one piece mode”. This is managed from a parameter/function in Harmoney. When “one piece mode” is turned on there is no quantity shown in the app. You just scan SKU and stock position.
5. Returns –> Transfer –> When the mission has an amount larger than 1, a pop up question will be shown. –> “Quantity to be transferred = X?”. By answering “Yes” X pcs will be transferred. By answering “No” only 1 pcs will be transferred. Please Note! Not when “one piece mode” turned on. When the question is shown the handheld will make a sound to inform the user to react.
6. Item search –> Move –> More types of stock positions are now allowed in this function, for example the stock position which is used for “older returns”.
7. Goods receipt –> Transfer (“simple” via shipment number) –> It is now possible to block inclusion if measurements or weight are missing. This is managed by a parameter setting in Harmoney.
8. Order - Store replenishment –>Unit picking –> We are now taking care of a sorting number attached to the picking location. Following this the picking order do not longer need to be sorted alphabetically.
9. Order - Store replenishment –> Parcel picking –> It is now possible to close parcel picking for all stores at the same time. New button.
10. Order –> Store replenishment –> Parcel picking –> It is now possible to use more than one trolley for one store in the parcel picking.
11. Registration of returns –> Date written on the label.

[Version 20] - 2019-04-16

NOTE: Version 20 will be backed to version 19. The improvements that went into version 20 will come back in a later release. The reason why we are forced to do so is the problems with return deposit in version 20.

Changes

• Storage -> The “1-piece inclusion” selection remains open until the app is shut down or the selection is changed manually.
• Storage -> In “1-piece inclusion” the app skips the step where you show (and change the amount) and goes directly to scanning of storage position.
• Order -> Store Pick -> It is now possible to pick several orders on the same storage position, of the same SKU and different replenishment orders (extra orders).
• Return deposit -> Possibility to set the parameter for “1-piece management”. This is controlled via the Functions parameter display in Harmoney. No amount is displayed for “1-piece handling”. You scan article and then storage position.
• Return Deposit -> It is now possible to adjust (down) the number suggested. Note! This does not apply if the “1-piece management” function is switched on.
• Article search -> Move of packages / balance -> More storage space types are now approved, for example the storage space for “Older returns”.
• Storage -> Simplified entry (via shipping number) -> It is now possible to block storage if dimensions or weight are missing. This is controlled via a Function parameter in Harmoney.
• Order -> Store replenishment -> Unit picking -> We are now taking care of a sorting number attached to the picking location. Following this the picking order do not longer need to be sorted alphabetically.

[Version 19] - 2019-03-16

Changes

• Inclusion -> It is now possible to store in any storage location even when using the “Simplified storage” function (via Consignment no.).
• Return inclusion -> It is possible to block entry of returns on a warehouse where the balance of the current stock item variant is “Under inventory”. The function is controlled by a parameter in Harmoney.
• Store replenishment -> Overview -> In addition to the number of units to be picked per store, the number of picking rows (assignments) is also shown.
• Store replenishment -> Item picking -> Row where you pick zero or below the desired number is displayed as orange and is considered “Finished”.
• Store replenishment -> Item picking -> It is now possible to pick several assignments against the same warehouse in a pick list.
• Store replenishment -> Item picking -> The “Wait” function now works as intended. When pressing “Wait”, the current assignment ends up in the pick list.
• Store replenishment -> Item picking -> It is now possible to start item picking in any place of the picking list. Picking then continues from this location forward. Note that this change also means that several people can be used to pick a store.
• Store replenishment -> Item picking -> When a picking row (an assignment) is executed, the assignment is marked (green or orange) and ends at the top of the list (you have to scroll up to see these). Please note that you also see the user id on the picked assignments and that they are sorted in that order, before storage location.
• Warehouse inventory (not in store) -> It is now possible to start the inventory at the desired location in the list. Several people can now be work with the same inventory list in a smooth way.

• Added more information about the status of printing in returns registrations. When a article has been scanned, the background will be color coded. White background means no attempt to print has been made, yellow means printing is under progress but the printer has not sent any clarification back, and green means the print has been made.
• Possibility to print a return registration again. Long press the article to print again until “Print again” pops up on the top of the screen, then print that message to print again.
