Transfer between stores - Inbound¶

The feature is used for moving items between two different stores in an easy and controlled process. During this process a “transfer order” will be created. The transfer order is created automatically when adding items for transfer. When receiving items in the store, the transfer order will be closed if everything is received. When receiving items in one store you need to be logged into that specific store.
- Scan or register the order id of the transfer order that you wish to receive.Details for the transfer order are shown.
- Reduce, if needed, the quantities to receive. Use the “+” and “-” symbols. If you wish not to change the balances you may proceed with step 3.If you don’t receive all that is sent, the specific order line will still be open. Then you have to close the order manually in the Harmoney client.
- Press “Check symbol” in the header to receive the order. The order lines will be closed and the balances will be updated in the store receiving the items.
