Store stock taking

The Store stock taking feature is used to report the counted items of a inventory.

Note

This feature is meant for use in the store inventory, and not in the warehouse.

Report amount

1. Open the Store Stock Taking module from the menu
2. Select the inventory you want to report from the list of the active inventories
3. Enter the amount
4. Scan or type the article number for confirmation

Note

Note that at store inventory, the reported amount is added to the previously reported amount. You can reduce the reported specified amount by entering a negative amount.

See the previous reported amount for article

You can see the previous reported number for an article in two ways:

1. Enter an amount of 0 and scan/type the article number
2. Under the context menu, select “Get stock taking status” and then scan the article. Remember to switch back before proceeding with the inventory by selecting “Count articles” from the context menu.
