Search by article

This feature makes it possible to search for an article based on the article number and transfer the article.

Scan a barcode with an article number or enter the number using the virtual keyboard If you have searched for an article and wish to search for another colour/size of the same article you ca press on the article number. When pressing on the article number this will be copied automatically to the search field. Now you can change the colour/size code with the keyboard to process a new search. A list of all locations of the article will be shown. Even the stock locations which are connected to the article and have zero in balance will be shown. The date for last change of balance and present status is displayed. The stock locations are divided and sorted per stock location type. Picking locations are shown first, followed by replenishment locations (buffer locations). Scan a barcode containing an article number or enter the article number using the virtual keyboard.

If a line is yellow it is not available for transfer.

If you are logged into a store sales channel the actual sales price and currency is displayed.

Transfer article

1. Search for an article
2. Long press (2 seconds) the article you wish to transfer

   A dark grey bar shows in the top of the screen with the text “Transfer”
3. Press the “Transfer” text in the top

   You will be directed to the Transfer parcel or Transfer units screen depending if it as a parcel or article you pressed
